We have used Carolyn to assist planning several trips - one is upcoming. Carolyn is very detail oriented and makes sure to weigh options for our travel - no surprises. Has helped us choose and plan complicated travel itineraries. When we planned a trip with our extended family, she is great at keeping everyone organized and build consensus. We've tried to organize my crazy family before, and it’s hard to keep everyone together and to make decisions - Carolyn did this very well.

My husband and I have nothing but rave reviews for Carolyn's work. She has helped us plan several trips and has been attentive to every detail. She has given us excellent advice about things to include in our trips and places to stay. While planning a recent trip, a vendor in a foreign country wasn't giving us the service Carolyn thought we should have. So she let them know it and insisted that they provide better quality lodging for us. We live in a different state than Carolyn, but she is able to provide top quality service via email and phone. I absolutely recommend Carolyn to my friends and family who are seeking professional and high-quality travel advice.

It took 15 years to convince my husband to go on an Alaskan cruise. Once he said "YES", we contacted Travel Experts, LLC and the rest of the planning was effortless! We have been using Travel Experts for years. Our first trip was to Australia. Tours in the trip were all very nice along with getting a rental car to drive along the coast from Melbourne to Adelaide. Can we give Carolyn and Steve Weber 10 stars instead?? They have been wonderful in scheduling and rescheduling several cruises for us. Dependable, efficient, caring and trustworthy along with handling all aspects of our vacations, from ships to insurance to hotels. Their expertise and knowledge through their rigorous travels to inspect ships along with the many cruise conferences and cruises, allows them to give advice with confidence about many of the world's countries as well as ports of call, shore excursions etc. Thank you to both of them for their invaluable advice and administrative skills, which will allow vacationers smooth sailing!! :)

We have been using Travel Experts, LLC for a few years. Two years ago we wanted to do Universal Studios in Orlando. They got us a wonderful hotel and all the information we needed to have a fantastic trip. Most recently, we wanted to take our first cruise. We didn't know anything about which cruise line to choose or which cabin on the ship. Carolyn was so helpful and thorough in her research for us. We had a wonderful time. So wonderful in fact that we are planning on another cruise this spring and will have Travel Experts take care of the details! Carolyn and Steve have traveled to many states and countries and have been on many cruises. They have so much helpful information to pass along to their clients. I would not plan a trip without them!

My wife and I have been so glad we have left our vacation and family trips in the hands of Travel Experts, LLC. They took care of each detail; emailed and called to remind us of things for which we were responsible. They were willing to adjust our plans (increase number of those traveling, dates, booking rooms, arranging insurance, etc). They planned a family anniversary celebration cruise vacation. They booked all of our rooms together on the ship. If we had any questions they would either call or email us promptly. They handled each detail in a timely manner and encouraged us.
